1/2 cup packed fresh Fair Trade Certified cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 finely chopped Fair Trade Certified jalapeño
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions
1. In a food processor, combine avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
