Watermelon Gazpacho



1.First cut triangles out of the watermelon for decoration. Then chop the rest of the watermelon in cubes

2. Remove the seeds from bell pepper and slice in cubes. Cut the tomato in cubes

3. Add everything to a tall bowl or your blender. Mix in olive oil and tomato juice and puree. Add pomegranate syrup, salt and pepper to taste

4. Let cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours

5. Pour in glasses and decorate with feta cheese and chopped melon. Enjoy!
